Something to Think About!

Poor Simon

Simon has a cut on his backside.  Not sure excactly what happened but my suspicion is that Max accidently bit him and caused the wound.  So, this meant another trip to the vet...and after a 6 hour stay and a couple of stitches later, Simon was able to come home.  However, he had to come home with the "Cone of Shame" on causing Max to FREAK OUT!   Poor Simon, he doesn't know what to think about Max hissing at him and getting all puffed up and bent out of shape. 

Snowy Kanab

Doug and I took a trip this winter to Utah to visit Sabrina and her family.  We also had the opportunity to stay with Dan and Linda on their farm in Cedar Fort, UT.  After a week of no snow on our mini vacation, this is what we woke to on our final day in Utah.  This is at the Parry Lodge in Kanab Utah. It was a beautiful sight with the ground so white and still snowing.  Living in the Arizona desert I don't get the opportunity to see falling snow.  This is always a treat, yet I'm glad I don't live in it.  It's too cold for me!
