A Trip To The Vet!

Today Simon, my 14 year old cat, wasn't feeling too good. So, off to the vet. I had to leave Simon there to get a urine sample, blood work and fluids sub q. Found out he has a bladder infection and beginning stages of renal failure. So what to do? Well, it's a special diet for Simon. Hopefully this will slow down the progression of his kidney disease. It won't cure it...most importantly is to keep him comfortable and happy!

It's Crocheting Time Again!

Last week Doug and I traveled to Utah for Doug to attend the Utah Ham Fest.  While traveling I like to do something, so I brought along my yarn and crochet hooks.  A week or so before leaving I found some fun patterns to make hats for my nephew and nieces.  Here are pictures of the results of that trip!
